Just like any other Job Board – we will make our money through Job Postings and Resume Access. However, we are still in the inception phase so we don’t plan to charge for Job Postings or Resume Access until we can support a premium for our service. Where are the current jobs coming from? Are these all of your clients already?

Like most Job Search Engines their Job Listings come from various different sources. What we have done is very similar where we are bringing in Jobs with Sign-On Bonuses and hosting them on our site.
